Wow, today was awesome. And completely veggie, too!
B: 1 slice wheat bread w/ peanut butter + 1 banana + green tea
L: 1 Potato veggie ‘pattie’ + Minestrone soup.
S: 12 strawberries + 12 blueberries + green tea + 1/2 tbsp of chocolate ice cream
D: Mixed vegetable masala + 1 veggie springroll (that ended up more as a dumpling.)
AND A LOT OF WATER.
