I’ve tried this and honestly, AMAZING. Doesn’t even taste like carrots.
Seven days a week:
7000/7 = 1000 JJ a day.
Then 1000/5 = 200 OR 1000/3 = ~333
I think that’s easy enough. After every meal, do 200 JJ. SO doing this!
Wow, today was awesome. And completely veggie, too!
B: 1 slice wheat bread w/ peanut butter + 1 banana + green tea
L: 1 Potato veggie ‘pattie’ + Minestrone soup.
S: 12 strawberries + 12 blueberries + green tea + 1/2 tbsp of chocolate ice cream
D: Mixed vegetable masala + 1 veggie springroll (that ended up more as a dumpling.)
AND A LOT OF WATER.
Workouts:
- 1 hour on the treadmill - 5km - 350 cal
- Leg swimmers
- 100 JJ
(I’m so mad I couldn’t do POP pilates today, but I’ve been super busy!)
